Firm brings Advocate campus facilities to near-full occupancy

Chicago-based HSA PrimeCare, a division of leading national commercial real estate firm HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented building ownership in securing two leases at medical office buildings in Tinley Park and Downers Grove, both in Chicago’s southwest suburbs.
18210 S. LaGrange Road, Advocate Medical Campus Southwest, Tinley Park, Ill.—Timothy M. Stanton, executive vice president, HSA PrimeCare, represented ownership in negotiations for the lease of 1,244 rentable square feet of medical office space to ACL Services, a medical laboratory services provider. The company is operated jointly by Aurora Health Care, Wisconsin's largest integrated health care delivery system, and Advocate Health Care, the largest integrated health care system in Chicago. Eileen Cibula Curry of Cibco Realty Corp. represented ACL Services in the transaction.
Tim Stanton is the exclusive leasing representative for 18210 S. LaGrange. HSA PrimeCare partnered with Advocate in 2003 to develop the 52,950-square-foot medical office building and to assist in planning the multi-phase medical services campus. The medical office building is now nearly fully occupied and pre-leasing has begun on an adjacent medical office building to be developed by HSA PrimeCare.
