Heather Smalec is a property manager in HSA Commercial Real Estate’s property management division.
Ms. Smalec is responsible for a portfolio of 20 office, medical office, retail and industrial properties totaling over 1.6 million square feet. She manages full service day-to-day operations, oversees budgeting and forecasting, and supervises the accounting and financial aspects of these properties.
Ms. Smalec previously was employed as a property manager by Presidio Commercial Services in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she managed a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.
